Trek Tasmania for Eating Disorders Victoria

Eating Disorders Victoria (EDV) is excited to announce a transformative four-day trek around Bay of Fires / Larapuna (in Palawa language) in November 2025. We invite people who have recovered from an eating disorder, carers, mental health and eating disorder clinicians, and other friends and loved ones to join us on this epic adventure and experience the immeasurable beauty of the Tasmanian East Coast.

This is more than just a journey through nature—it’s an opportunity to connect with others whose lives have been touched by eating disorders in some way. Best of all, the funds you raise will help us to continue to allow anyone impacted by an eating disorder, anywhere in Victoria, to get free support!

This special adventure will raise vital funds for EDV’s essential free support services, including the Carer Coaching Program, Telehealth Counsellors, and the EDV Hub. For professionals, it may also align with your workplace’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.

  • Connect with others who share your journey.
  • Experience the therapeutic benefits of nature and group mindful
    movement.
  • Expand your network with like-minded advocates and practitioners.
  • Make tangible change for people currently impacted by eating
    disorders.
  • You will be fully supported by EDV in your fundraising efforts, with every
dollar raised sure to make a lasting impact.

With only 25 spots available, places are limited! Register before February 16th and save $150.

If you have any questions, please contact EDV Director of Engagement Jonathan Brookes at [email protected].

This trek, including all data collection, is being run on behalf of EDV by Inspired Adventures. You can read their Privacy Policy to understand how your data may be used if you proceed with registration.
